How to brew it

V60 / Pour Over

Our favorite way to get the most out of this lot. A simple ritual that fits any morning.

Ratio
1:16
Grind
Medium
  1. 01

    Weigh & grind

    Grind medium just before brewing. Ratio 1:16 — 22 g coffee · 350 ml water at 94 °C.

  2. 02

    Bloom

Pour twice as much water as coffee and wait 30–45 s. The coffee "breathes" and releases CO₂ from the fresh roast.

  3. 03

    Pour in circles

Add the water in a slow, steady spiral until you reach the total. Target time: 2:45 – 3:15 min.

  4. 04

    Enjoy

Give it a minute: as it cools, the sweet and floral notes become sharper.
